User journey

Retrospective

Key learnings

  • The Human-Centered Design approach with early testing will save both time and money.
  • A balance between business and user goals can be challenging.
  • I learned not to take feedback personally, but rather as something valuable to nourish my project.
  • Iteration is the key, trust the process! There is always room for improvement.
  • Bring in developers and other members of the team early on in the process.

What would I do differently?

  • Organizing and naming documentation and assets better for the next project.

  • Ask more follow-up questions during interviews.

  • Run my remote usability tests through a site like UserZoom for simplicity.

Thank you for your time!
